St. Anselm Parish Guidebook Contact Information

We ask that ALL parishioners provide their family information and updated contact information. Please note, if you do not provide us with your updated information, we cannot guarantee that you will reliably receive parish communications. We ask that ALL PARISHIONERS please complete the entire form so that we may update our private parish records. 

You can provide us with this information using one of the methods below.

2. Email ALL of your family’s information to parishoffice@stanselmstl.org

3. Fill out the attached form below and return it to the Parish Office. If you wish to be included in the Parish Guidebook but do no want certain pieces of your contact information or particular members of your family listed, please place a star next to the information you would like omitted from the Guidebook. contact-form.pdf

4. If you cannot complete any of the above methods, you may call the Parish Office and provide your information over the phone. 314.878.2120

HoH Phone and if we can include in Guidebook

Spouse Title and Name (ex Mrs. Mary)

Spouse Birth Date

Spouse Phone and if we can include in Guidebook

Spouse Email and if we can include in Guidebook

All other Household Members' Name and Sex

All other Household Members' Birth Dates

Any other information you wish to provide. We will not include any contact information for minors in the Guidebook.
