The Women's Fellowship of Saint Anselm's mission is to build community among women through social, charitable, and spiritual activities. All women of the parish are welcome to attend any events with their guests; activities are announced through the parish bulletin and by email invitation. Interest groups
Pins n' Needles- A group of craft and needlework enthusiasts who sew, crochet, knit, quilt, or embroider charitable projects for the parish and local community. No experience necessary - there are jobs for every skill level, and we're happy to show beginners the ropes!
We meet at the Parish House on second Thursdays from 1:00-3:30 p.m. Drop in when you're able for as long as you can or help from home instead - we provide the directions and supplies! Contact: Elsie Winstead [email protected].
Bible Studies- Women from the parish and guests gather to enrich their Catholic faith and friendships through the Scriptures, supported by the Catechism of the Catholic Church. No prior Bible study experience is necessary. Please join us to grow in the infinite love, mercy, and gract of Our Lord! Meetings are held on Monday from 9:30-11:30 in Room #3. Gardening Crew-Volunteers, individuals/families, take care the garden areas around the Parish Center and Parish House. We hope our activities (planting, weeding, etc.) enhance the beauty of the parish gardens for all to enjoy. No experience necessary! Students needing service hours are encouraged to join us. Book Club-The Book Club meets once a month in the Parish House for community and refreshments, discussions cover books from various genres. The meetings are announced in the bulletin. Cultural Outings Group-Outings are organized a few times a year to a variety of local and regional points of interest. Art, music, history, and theatre are just a few areas explored. Activities are open to all parishioners and guests. All are welcome! Bulletin, email, and social media invitations are sent. RSVP responses are appreciated in order to plan a successful outing.
