St. Anselm Youth

This ministry is centered and based on the Eucharist as it focuses on leading teens closer to Christ. This is accomplished through the Mass and various activities. The weekly bulletin includes upcoming youth activity. The 6:30 p.m. Sunday Parish Mass is held in the Church. Life Nights and other youth ministry events take place prior to Mass from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Life Nights are a way to delve into our Catholic faith and examine how it affects us every day. They are great fun and a good time to just hang out with other Catholic teens.

How is God calling you to use your talents? Youth @ St. Anselm is looking for volunteers for this school year to interact with the teenagers of our Parish. Volunteers who are authentic, who love God and who care for the young people of our Church. Time requirement is as much or as little as you can give. SUMMER 2010

Junior High Group will meet this Wednesday, June 23, 2010, for our Finger Blaster Night. If you’ve never heard of a finger blaster you will not be disappointed! Combine a Nerf dart and a rubber band and you have a safe yet exciting game! Junior High Group meets from 7:00–8:30 P.M. in the Lower Level of the Parish Centre. See you there!

There will be no Youth Group on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, as many of us will be returning from an incredible float trip.
